Добрый день. Планирую жить  в Равде все лето, захотел приобрести скутер, но узнал, что нужна лицензия М , регистрация и страховка. Такой вопрос - если не выезжать на крупные трассы, в Равде траффик полиции не видел, возможно обойтись без регистрации? Практикуют ли местные жители такую езду? Какой штраф если остановят? Заранее благодарю.

HI, friends. I want to live in Ravda this year all summer and wants to buy scooter. But i have read that i need driver license M (in Russia its A), and to register  scooter, and i'm foreigner, so i can't to do it. My question - if i'll not riding on big roads and speedways, and there is no in Ravda traffic police, can i buy and than riding withour registration and with only drive license "B" (standart car license)? Is this such practice (not to register) between local people? (i live many times in India - scooter here is not a real motobyke, everybody can ride without registration & license... in russia too) .   If police will stop me, what penalty will be for me? Great thanx for answers.

if you do not register the scooter but have category B and documents scooter police will write you act (fine) so they see and they ask why you do not register you tell them that now go to the Department for this
it is better to be excellent with his scooter and be quiet

In Bulgaria,if you have an "B" you automatic get an "M".If you scooter isnt registered or its without insurace the fine is ~ 500 bulgarian leva,and 6 months without driver licence.If the isnt traffic police in the vilage its not a problem!
